Fees and expiry

• The gift never expires.
• There are no fees on the gift: no purchase fee, no monthly fee, no inactivity fee.
• Any card number date is for the card network only. When it passes, ask us and we give you a new card for the balance.

Where it works

Only at the merchant the giver chose. Every other purchase is declined.

Cash back

A balance under $15.00 is paid out by check on request (California Civil Code 1749.5).

Not for resale

The gift cannot be sold, passed on for money, or sent on to another person.

Refunds and disputes

A merchant's refund goes back onto the gift. If the giver disputes the payment, the balance left is held until it is settled.
