Merchant agreement

Merchant agreement, version 2026-11-05-draft (draft, pending legal review).
1. The merchant appoints Lanombre as its agent to receive payment for its goods and services from gift givers.
2. When a giver pays us for a gift for the merchant, that payment counts as payment to the merchant, up to the gift amount, for the goods and services the recipient later buys with it.
3. The merchant accepts gift codes at its checkout through our checkout API, and gives refunds to the gift, not in cash.
4. We pay the merchant what was spent at its checkout, less refunds, to its Stripe payout account.
5. Gifts never expire and carry no fees. The merchant does not charge recipients for using them.
